Blood Donation is an important and foremost sense of duty of every human being which saves the life of many human beings who need it in urgent situations.This blood donation camp was organised by Umang Welfare Foundation on August 9’2020(Sunday).The process of blood donation started at 8.30 a.m. There was great enthusiasm among the donors. All Umang members and volunteers assisted the team of doctors. Most of the donors were youth from the city .
The purpose behind the blood donation camp was to make the society aware about the benefits of this noble cause. They should know well that this is a social service to help the accidental victims as well as those who need blood due to some illness.Blood donation is called the biggest charity in the world.It was a successful event as 50 .units of blood was collected.Refreshment was also provided to the donors.
